You can buy and hold freehold ownership of a condominium unit in your own name, up to 49% of the total floor area of the building under Thai condominium law, but you cannot directly own land in the name of a foreign individual.

Yes. Platinum, Diamond and Reserve members can apply for additional membership cards for their legal spouse, children or parents, with a discount on the membership fee according to the structure of each package.

If your old passport has expired or is full, you can apply at the Immigration Bureau to transfer your visa stamp (Passport Transfer) from the old passport to the new one, with the EPL service helping you with the documents.

If you registered your marriage at a Royal Thai Embassy/Consulate abroad, you must first take the documents to a district office in Thailand to record your family status (form KR.22) so that the information is fully effective in the civil registration system. Only then can it be used to support transactions or a family visa application.
